Nu-Yale Cleaners is seeking a Floating Store Manager to support our dry cleaning stores across Indiana and Kentucky. This role involves assisting customers, managing store inventory, handling finished orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Input details into the computer system and manage store inventory
Organize finished orders and hand them out to customers efficiently

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Route Development Manager responsible for growing our home pickup and delivery routes, maintaining excellent customer service, and overseeing our hotel/linen and store delivery drivers. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand the route business by attracting new customers and retaining existing ones
Lead the route team to achieve daily and weekly goals
Coordinate daily processes, including sorting and loading delivery vehicles
Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales and customer retention
Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate route drivers
Safe driving record with excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Additional Duties:
Utilize manifests for order verification
Conduct weekly meetings with ownership and route department staff
Maintain van cleanliness and ensure adequate supplies and marketing materials
Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and manage route performance
